It is concluded that the differences in the organizational decisions of federal libraries do not affect at their bibliographic activities.

The content of GOST R 7.0.108–2022 “Bibliographic references to electronic documents posted to information and telecommunication networks. General requirements for its compilation and design” is disclosed, explained its tasks and target audience, substantiated the general methodology for compiling a bibliographic reference to documents of network distribution and a specification relating to their individual types, including those that could not previously be objects of bibliographic reference, is given.

Abstract

The geography of the publication of publications available in the library of the Tomsk Public Assembly is being analyzed, and the number and share of Siberian and Far Eastern publications in its fund has been calculated. The cities and printing houses in which they were issued are named. A consolidated catalog of publications from this library issued in the Siberian-Far Eastern region has been compiled. Their thematic repertoire and author’s corpus are presented.

Abstract

The main directions of information policy in Ukraine in the library sphere are considered. The influence of American diplomatic missions, as well as American, German and international organizations on the conversion of Ukrainian library institutions into points of pro-Western and anti-Russian agitation and propaganda is analyzed. The article considers the political context of library and information education in Ukraine, the positioning of libraries in Ukraine in geoinformation services, as well as in the system of state public procurement.
