Abstract
The article is dedicated to Elena Borisovna Nogina, who is currently the head of the Russian Book Chamber complex within the structure of the Russian State Library. The authors talk about the personal qualities of E.B. Nogina, briefly highlight her activities at the Book Chamber, and emphasize her dedication. A selective list of E.B. Nogina’s publications is also provided, including in the journal “Bibliography” (then “Bibliography and Book Studies”).
