National Library of Russia and consolidation of national bibliography resources

Abstract

The article presents the concept of forming a national information system (national bibliographic resource) and shows the role of the National Library of Russia as a central link in managing the creation of national bibliographic data and verifying these data through the system of authority control and subject access.
